Zoey’s Yogurt as a reward for having their rooms ‘show ready’ for a quick sale.
It continues to be a crazy market out there! In the last 10 days I have been in 7 multiple offer situations. Won 2 and lost 4 to cash buyers—we were the 2nd choice in all 4 (the other was lost because we weren’t high enough in price, which we knew would happen).
Located in Eastgate and priced at $495,000, this 1-story with basement home offers 3 bedrooms and 1.75 baths in 1680 square feet.
The light and bright main level offers hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a skylight, 3 bedrooms & a stylishly remodeled full bath. The lower level features a spacious family room, 3/4 bath, large laundry room & access to the attached garage. The garage is technically a 1-car garage, but it almost has room for a 2nd car, so lots of room for storage. You will love the huge yard—plenty of gardening, playing and entertaining space. Pre-inspected.
This home has been pre-inspected and offers these quality updates: 2015 Electric panel ~ 2015 & 2007 Roof (completed in portions) ~ 2008 High efficiency furnace with electronic air filters ~ 2008 Tankless hot water heater ~ Copper plumbing (except in downstairs bath) ~ Double-paned windows

If you know me, you know I’m a numbers girl. I finally added a stats section to my website (www.sanditampa.com/eastside-market-stats). The data confirms what I’m experiencing in the field—it’s a STRONG seller’s market March saw a dip to 1 month of inventory (based on pending sales). Anything below 3 months of inventory is a seller’s market.
To celebrate Mariner’s Opening Day and the start of baseball season I’m doing a giveaway/contest. I will select two winners who can choose from:
1. A pair of Terrace Level tickets (some restrictions apply); or
2. $50 Starbucks gift card.
Want to play? Here’s how:
Simply leave a comment below about your favorite thing about baseball season between now and Opening Day, April 6th, at noon (PST). Whether it’s a favorite baseball moment, favorite player or whiskers on kittens—I want to hear about it! One entry per person please.
On April 6th, I will draw a name from a hat to pick the two winners. Good luck!

‘I wish I would have done this sooner’ is a common phrase I hear when helping Sellers prepare their home for the market. So, I’m putting together a series of tips to help you enjoy home ownership now (as opposed to just before you move).
I Wish I Would Have Done this Sooner, Tip #1: Have your home inspected every 5 years. While this tip isn’t sexy, and it will cost you time and money, it is a wise strategy to help preserve and maintain one of your largest assets. An inspection will help improve your maintenance plan/schedule (or lack thereof) and identify issues prior to them becoming more expensive problems. Condition translate to value, a home in great condition will get top dollar, so why not enjoy a home that is in great condition then reap the benefit when you sell?
