I'm in the process of adjusting my business structure (services still the same, changing the behind-the-scenes money flow). I have spoken to several professionals, all people I trust or quality referrals. Each professional has different advice and is emphatic about thier recommendation. My head is spinning. I'm frustrated because I'm decisive and an engineer, so I prefer things to be more black and white. My husband mentioned this fable and its resosnating with my plight (ok, plight is a bit dramatic, my 'first world problem' is more accurate, but still….), and I have seen many of buyers get 'caught/stuck' in this situation. The lesson:

 ….by endeavoring to please everybody he had pleased
 nobody, and lost his Ass in the bargain.
 

Before and after photos from a recent condo sale. Proper marketing helped my seller net $20,000 more than the last sale in the building, which used photos similar to my before photo.

Windermere Bellevue Commons donated several bags of school supplies and $475 for the back-to-school supply drive! Our contribution goes to help 1600 students on free and reduced lunch in Bellevue School District. (The bummer thing is there are over 3000 students in need, so this helps some but not enough).

 Not too shabby for our first year (during a crazy busy time of the year).

Remember to plan around I-90 closures.
 

Crazy world of real estate log, stardate 42208.4. Condo listing has been on the market 27 days, 17 days since last price reduction. With no prodding phone calls from me, 2 offers arrive into my inbox within hours of each other (moments before I was going to make prodding phone calls).
